Our goal is to provide high-quality, tailored services to our clients. Due to the nature of our work, which involves considerable time, effort, and resources, refunds are generally not offered on services delivered. However, we do acknowledge exceptional circumstances where a refund may be considered.

2. Service-Specific Refund Conditions

  • Web Development, Graphic Design, Mobile App Development, and Digital Marketing: Refunds for these services are not typically available once work has commenced and partial or full drafts have been submitted to the client. If a project is canceled before work begins, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis, less any non-recoverable costs.
  • Techsol Shared Hosting Service: Refunds for hosting services can be requested within the first 30 days of service if the client is unsatisfied with the hosting performance. After 30 days, refunds cannot be processed.
  • Content Writing: If a client is not satisfied with the initial draft, we offer revisions according to the terms of the agreement. If, after revisions, the content still does not meet the agreed-upon requirements, a partial refund may be considered.
  • Project Consulting: Due to the strategic nature of consulting services, refunds are typically not available once consulting sessions have commenced or deliverables have been provided. If a session is canceled in advance by the client, a full or partial refund may be applicable depending on the timing of the cancellation and any preparations made.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, clients must:

  • Submit a refund request via email to within 3 days from the delivery of the service.
  • Provide a detailed reason for the request and any supporting evidence to substantiate the claim for a refund.

4. Refund Evaluation

All refund requests will be evaluated by our team to ensure they meet our refund criteria. The process typically takes up to 14 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 25 days.

5. Limitations
